These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the products and services provided by Tab Distributors. By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Availability:
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute products with similar specifications or brands when necessary.

3. Orders and Pricing:
Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled without prior written consent. Prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of invoice generation.

4. Payment Terms:
Payment must be made as per the agreed-upon schedule. Delayed payments may attract penalties or suspension of services.

5. Delivery:
We offer delivery to dealer locations or directly to customer construction sites. While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, transport strikes) will not make us liable for compensation.

6. Liability:
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

7. Returns and Replacements:
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products. Replacements are subject to inspection and product availability.

8. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in the courts where Tab Distributors is headquartered.
